| Energy crisis has been widespread concerned all over the world for a long time.The utilization of energy saving technology,which is the immediate way to reduce energy consumption,has been paid high attention to.With the marketization of coal used by power plant,the price of coal is controlled by the supply and demand model of the market,while the price of the power is regulated by the state.With the further development of the electric power reform and the regulation of the country,the living space of electric power is gradually compressed,it has become the most urgent problem that how to reduce the costs and increase the efficiency.The circulating water system,which is one of the major systems affecting economy and safety of the thermal power plants,has great potential for optimization.According to the operation of thermal power plants,the principle of high voltage frequency conversion and the experience of frequency conversion improvements of pumps or fans in other thermal power plants in our country.After the frequency conversion renovation,the optimization of the cold source scheduling of power plant,the automation level is upgraded,soft-starting is permitted,the impact to the system has reduced when the pumps start/stop,the reliability of the operation has improved.This paper has discussed and analyzed the energy saving effect of frequency converter renovation improvement.Through frequency conversion transformation,the annual standard coal consumption can be reduced by 1700 tons,or about RMB more than 1 million 660 thousand yuan,The equipment and the labor cost of the frequency conversion reconstruction of circulating water pump in the plant are about 8million yuan,which can recover the cost within 5 years.Improved that the economy of the renovation improvement,which can recover the cost of investment in a short time.It's worthy to renovate.This paper works for the high voltage frequency conversion technology,has enlightenment utility in power generation companies. |
