Energy and environment are two hot issues of great concern in today's society.With the development of society and the acceleration of industrialization,the consumption of traditional non-renewable energy,mainly coal and oil,is increasing,and the energy crisis is becoming increasingly apparent.With the intensification of resource and environmental constraints,energy-saving and emission reduction policies are becoming increasingly stringent.At the same time,with the deepening of the reform of the power system,the level of profit of thermal power enterprises has seriously declined.It is of great significance for thermal power enterprises to apply energy-saving technology to reduce coal resource consumption and improve power generation efficiency in order to meet the needs of their own profits and adapt to the general trend of national environmental protection policies.Circulating water system is the most important auxiliary system in thermal power plant,and its operation efficiency has a significant impact on the economy of generating units.The optimization and regulation of circulating system operation largely depends on the optimization of circulating water pump and its supporting facilities.Based on the actual situation of Pangang Power Plant,this paper studies the safe start-stop and switch-over logic of circulating water pump under the control mode of three circuit breakers by using sequential control principle and method.Taking the optimum water supply required for condenser vacuum as the objective,the mathematical model is established,and the characteristics of steam turbine,condenser and circulating water system are analyzed in detail.Finally,the influence of external environment changes on the system is attributed to the changes of circulating water temperature at condenser inlet and unit load.The problem of solving discrete models is simplified.Respectively using the method of test data collection way of each pump set the actual working condition and analysis calculation efficiency curve,and then clear the different working conditions and environmental conditions,the best combination of circulating water pump operation mode,and through the DCS collecting and distributing control system to control the operation of the circulating water pump,ensure the safe and stable operation generating set,the economic efficiency.
