With the increasingly severe problems of energy crisis,environmental pollution and green-house effect,more requirements for energy saving,emission reduction,and environmental protection are imposed on the automobile industry.Currently,besides making further technical innovations to traditional Vehicle to enhance the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,the development of new energy Vehicle has become an inexorable trend in the transformation of the automobile industry.New energy electric Vehicle gradually gain the attention of the general public due to their advantages of zero emission and low noise,and are developing at a rapid speed.Various countries and automobile enterprises have set the industrialization of electric Vehicle as their near-term development goal,stipulated a series of preferential policies,and imposed more stringent actual requirements on the enhancement of the technological level and full vehicle performance of new energy electric Vehicle.As the power source of new energy electric Vehicle,the power system greatly affects the performance and quality and the market share of the Vehicle.Reasonable choice and matching of parameters of the power system can increase the power performance and the economics of new energy electric Vehicle.The three important factors that affect the power performance and the economics of new energy electric Vehicle are the disposition manner,the parameter matching and the control strategy of the power system.The matching of the parameters of new energy electric Vehicle is a very complex process.In this paper,studies were conducted by using the overall parameters of a type of Vehicle as a reference and setting the specified requirements on the parameters of power performance as a goal.The power performance and the economics of new energy electric Vehicle were enhanced by adopting reasonable matching of parameters.In this paper,firstly,the status of researches on new energy electric Vehicle at home and abroad was reviewed,showing that the development of new energy electric Vehicle is a general trend and has a great potential,and is a new bright spot in changing the way of transportation,promoting social and economic developments,saving energy and protecting the environment.Secondly,the classification of new energy electric Vehicle and the makeup of the power system were analyzed,and the core technologies of the main components of the Vehicle such as the electric motor and the battery were specifically explained,and the arrangement of the drive unit of the Vehicle was illustrated.Thirdly,the methods for matching the power parameters of new energy electric Vehicle were discussed.By using the overall parameters of a type of Vehicle as a reference and setting the requirements on a powerperformance as a goal,and according to the basic theory on automobile power performance,derivation and calculation were conducted on relevant components,and the power parameters for the battery,the electric motor and the drive unit were matched.Fourthly,by utilizing the characteristics of the ADVISOR simulation software,models were respectively established for the body of automobile,the wheels,the speed changer,the battery,the electric motor,the control system and the drive unit,and the power parameters of electric Vehicle were simulated under CYC_UDDS working condition in order to validate if the results of simulation could satisfy the requirements on the design of power performance.Moreover,the various components of the automobile were optimized using the ant colony genetic algorithm,thus finally achieving the expected goals of power performance and driving distance.
