Container Liner Service Optimization Design Research Under Strategic Alliance

Container transportation is a standardized,high efficiency,high efficiency,high investment,high cooperation mode of transport.The international container transport market is facing a long-term capacity oversupply situation.The vast majority of container liner companies suffered operating losses or low profit situation.In the highly competitive container transport market,strategic liner is established between container liner companies or joint ventures,It is not only the service level but also the economies of scale,which enhance the market competitiveness of the alliance members by using the Space/Slot Charter?Space/Slot Exchange and Vessel Sharing.Therefore,in the context of the shipping alliance,how to design the container network and Ship Scheduling to optimize the operation of the liner operators to meet the requirements of the shipper is an urgent problem to be solved.The research of strategic alliance in the container transport industry are mostly qualitative research,the application of quantitative research is not very wide.Most of the quantitative research on strategic alliance are the problem of ship scheduling and slot allocation of alliance members with known routes.Less involved in the study of the route is not certain circumstances,the alliance members how to carry out container liner route design,ship scheduling and slot allocation.Therefore,the paper studies how to optimize the design of container liner routes for different alliance cooperation forms.Firstly,the paper analyzes the process,influencing factors and methods of container liner route optimization design in detail.the present situation of shipping alliance and the mode of cooperation of different alliance are expounded in detail,and fully understand the characteristics and differences of different modes.Based on the above theoretical reserves and current research,the paper constructs the model of liner route optimization design based on slot charter by using the "alternative route selection method",It studies how to select the route in the alternative route and dispatch the ships when considering slot charter factor,the goal is to minimize the total operating costs of liner company.The optimization model of the container liner route based on vessel sharing is constructed by using the "stage modeling method",it studies how to determine the best route route,the type of ship and the frequency of the alliance,and the number of the members of the alliance,so that the alliance has the greatest total profit when the alliance members cooperate to open up new routes.At the same time,the paper design genetic algorithm and use matlab to solve the design exanples.The model adaptability and validity are verified by analyzing the calculation results,Finally,the paper summarizes the shortcomings of the paper and puts forward the prospect of the future.
