Based on the predecessors as the base,the theoretical research as a fulcrum,through effective and practical conditions of indoor test for the mechanism of vacuum preloading method to reinforce the foundation and change of underground water level in the process of vacuum preloading and the specific situation has carried on the thorough discussion research.Through the experiment the effect of the specific analysis shows that in the process of the underground water level drops.In this paper,the main work is as follows:through summarizing the relevant literature,to explore the vacuum preloading method in the process of practical engineering mechanism,listed recently comparing all kinds of views,this paper combined with classic effective stress principle emphatically analyzed the related theory of involved in the process of vacuum preloading,the budget for the application of professional software Biot consolidation process analysis,based on the experimental data,and an analysis of the factors in the process of the practical.we clear previous related literatures related concepts of groundwater level in vacuum preloading,summarizes current research status of ground water level on late relative to steadily falling water levels early in vacuum preloading ground water levels fall faster,strengthening regional center water level drop is greater than the edge,and the formation of precipitation funnel in regional precipitation process.In addition it is concluded that the vertical row of water bodies,groundwater conditions,soil geological conditions,the initial water level and the surrounding water supply are the important factors influencing the groundwater level change.the indoor experiment was carried out,using the simplified model to simulate the real conditions of water level in vacuum preloading process changes,by matching the inlet of geotextile,the coefficient of permeability of different model to the change of water level simulation,according to the experimental phenomena in the underground water level data got in the process of the preloading falling in line with the actual situation,and have been experiments in different permeability coefficient of soil reinforcement area water levels fall different and with the loss of the soil permeability drawdown the greater the value conclusion.Advice when the reinforced soil adopt different measures for different permeability coefficient of soil,and to establish effective monitoring system for the late,maximum ensure the safety of the engineering construction area.
