Electric propulsion has become a hot research in the field of aerospace for its superior performance.Pulsed plasma thruster provides accurate thrust of micro propulsion system for tasks such as micro satellite attitude and orbit control,station keeping,drag compensation and constellation phase keeping.Due to the high accuracy requirements of pulse plasma thruster,high-performance testing has become a hot research topic in the field of electric propulsion.Based on photosensitive we developed a set of PPT ignition counting device used to analyze the ignition stability and life assessment of PPT prototype through the methods of theoretical analysis,experimental research and data processing and so on.According to the existing hardware test equipment,we built a comprehensive hardware test system to test the performance parameters of PPT.Based on VI platform,a set of data acquisition program was compiled by Labview,which realizing the control of PPT and the data collection and analysis of discharge voltage,discharge current and thrust signal.Finally,the experimental data were measured to analyze the performance of PPT test system.
