In order to solve the increasingly serious energy shortage and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles has become an inevitable trend of development of future vehicles.Due to the high efficiency,low emissions and long driving range,etc.,hybrid vehicles become the focus of modern research of new energy vehicles.The subject covered in this article is to based on developing a series hybrid vehicle controller.In this issue,in order to solve the issues of the real-time simulation of vehicle controls are mostly based on expensive commercial semi-physical simulation platform,the authors studied the real-time simulation interface(RTI)of vehicle controller.In order to improve development efficiency and portability of controller software,the author studied the key technology of RTI module software design based on XMC4500 controller,including research to model based design and automatic code generation technology,to build a RTI software development platform that efficient portability,then based on this platform and completed the development of RTI test platform.Finally,I conducted a closed-loop motor speed control experiments to finish verification of RTI proprietary function module.It is an effective way to slove some problems of the traditional automotive electronics software development due to the various stages of isolation from one to another that model based design(MBD)and automatic code generation of software development type.This project,the author developed a new control software development platform that based on MATLAB / Simulink's automatic code generation technology,and then applied this technology in development of software vehicle controller real-time interface(RTI)module.Through this technology,the algrithm of the controller required for all of the C code are generated,consisting of the hardware driver and upper layer algorithms,without writing any code manually.It greatly improve the efficiency of software development of controller RTI.In the design of RTI module,firstly I analysed the semi-physical dSPACE and it's RTI module,they are commercial simulation platform that used to the current vehicle controller development to achieve real-time control of control system.And then,to study the architecture of the real-time interface module,the relationship between the RTI,matlab / Simulink and controller.By writing the PWM output and the motor speed signal acquisition and other bottom drivers module,to design S-function and encapsulated it in a Simulink library,and then,through the RTI verification platform that based on Infineon's microcontroller 32-bits XMC4500 to achieve automatic code generation.Finally,the authors will use the encapsulated RTI module for the verification platform,to finish the closed-loop speed control of the motor,the motor can reach the target speed,and target speed signal is able to achieve a good track,which proves RTI proprietary modules correctness and accuracy of control.
