The quality of automobile products is closely related to the personal safety and economic benefits.Automobile reliability is an important evaluation index of automobile products,and it is also the only way to improve the quality of automobile products.In today's increasingly competitive today,both to ensure quality,but also to improve efficiency and reduce costs and it is important.Reliability of automotive products depending on the individual parts and the reliability of the system,parts manufacturers,in order to save costs,reduce the risk of development and validation,most parts adopt the mature structure and material,on the basis,adjustments to the size and the installation point.However in component test verification segment only to a few parts for reliability test,once the reliability index of a few parts reached the requirements of relevant standards or vehicle factory is qualified,so ignore the caused due to material,personnel,parts batch cause the overall reliability index,then,quality problems lay hidden.In this paper,the theory of probability and statistics,a certain amount of automobile front brake friction plate,to carry out the reliability test.The histograms and access to information and hypothesis and test verify the failure probability distribution follows the three parameter Weibull distribution,again according to the sample quantity characteristics and estimate method to compute features selection of maximum likelihood estimation method to estimate the parameters of the function of the distribution,and to calculate the reliability index of the number of automotive brake friction plate.This method provides an accurate and effective data processing method for the reliability evaluation of the friction plate of the car brake.
