Rapid development of the automotive industry and the wide application of vehicle have been caused huge problem of social and human survival in the world.More and more strict law and regulation of emission and fuel consumption promote the development of clean and efficient transport machine.In the part of the government and vigorously promote the automobile manufacturers under the research and development of all kinds of new energy vehicles has been rapid development.And hybrid electric vehicle as a classic new energy automobile made a good effect in energy saving and emission reduction,and has been widely used.The research results shows that the vehicular operation condition has a great influence of the economic and emission performance of the vehicle,and in most of the design of hybrid electric vehicle,the energy management strategy mostly based on fixed driving cycle,the adaptability of control strategy is poorer,cannot give full performance of hybrid system.So in formulate of control strategy,a feasible way for improve vehicle performance is considering the influence of different driving cycle.Urban public transport as an important means to ease urban congestion and environmental pollution has been vigorously developed,and as a kind of low cost clean energy,CNG fuel is more and more widely used in bus.In this paper,a CNG series hybrid electric bus as the research object,considering the characteristics of bus driving cycle,based on the fuel economy to optimize the energy management strategy.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the bus,a method is proposed to include a way to allows users to customize driving conditions.To pre-defined cycle based,combined with process to extract the characteristic parameters of the vehicle,through fuzzy recognition method of cycle to judge,real-time the vehicle information classified under the predefined classic driving cycles,as the energy management strategy to provide status information.Based on the identification of operating condition,the use of dynamic programming method of vehicle power system components demand power distribution,in order to improve the efficiency of operation,this paper adopts a sequential way of dynamic programming algorithm,in calculation results are less affected by the premise of,the calculation step suddenly reduced.The proposed energy management strategy is verified under the test cycle of the typical city bus cycle in China.In the Advisor based on MATLAB/Simulink,the vehicle model established and respective before and after the optimization control strategy of vehicle for the control of the analysis and simulation.The simulation results show that,vehicle in the optimized control strategy of operation,fuel economy has been greatly improved.Finally,the real road test was carried out by the test bus,and the accuracy of the simulation analysis was verified by several tests under the test cycle of the typical city bus cycle in China and two bus routed in typical city of China.In this paper,the research shows that,the identification and optimal energy management strategy of the CNG series hybrid electric bus have a greater impact on the driving cycle.Through the simulation analysis and experimental verification,the optimization method proposed in this paper has a significant effect on improving the fuel economic.
