Research Based On The Virtual Prototype Of Parallel Collaborative Development Mode

High integration of the course of the development of a certain type of equipment,for the whole process of the whole design,the professional design highly coupled,the overall design trade-off between subsystem and optimization is difficult.Traditional development model has been difficult to meet the requirements for whole model,the integration of the working environment,and can't solve a new generation of a certain type of equipment technology is difficult,the problem such as short time period.In order to guarantee high quality model development task on schedule,must be in the process of whole life cycle of a certain type of equipment developed comprehensively adopts digital technology,to promote a certain type of equipment developed from serial,physical prototype manufacture and test model to parallel,the revolutionary transformation of virtual prototype modeling and validation model.In this paper,based on this background,based on the virtual prototype of a certain type of equipment in parallel collaborative development mode to carry out the research.First of all,the paper draw lessons from the application and development of the digital development model at home and abroad,combined with advanced digital technology,the whole life cycle of a certain type of equipment is established "double V" model of the digital development process.Secondly,based on virtual prototyping in solution phase parallel collaborative design with the test model,exploring a certain type of equipment to construct and management method on the basis of the virtual prototype,combined with a certain type of equipment development process and characteristics of building the collaborative digital design analysis process of a certain type of equipment with digital experiment process.Again,in view of the project development stages based on the model definition design/manufacture/security integration mode,the research to the 3 d model of BOM as the core product data organization and management technology,on the basis of building the digital manufacturing collaborative process and the digitization of a certain type of equipment guarantee the collaborative process.Finally,respectively for parallel collaborative design with the test model,design/manufacture/security integration model,has carried out a certain type of equipment based on virtual prototype parallel collaborative development model application,verify the validity of the model in this paper.
