The research in this paper is based on a Natural Science Foundation of China project named “The using of double electric layer interface effect of the angular measuring instruments”.It mainly studied the signal processing of angular acceleration sensor measurement subsystem.It mainly designed the angular acceleration signal preprocessing,hardware filter circuit,the conversion of analog to digital circuit,ARM minimum system.It also designed LabVIEW interactive interface,serial communication which can get and display three-axis angular acceleration signal.Finally,it designed the Savitzky-Golay filter while realized it with Labview.The development of angular measuring instruments which based on the solid-liquid interfacial electrical double layer effect will greatly enhance the angular measurement range,accuracy,timeliness and reliability,it will be widely used in all aspects of aerospace,transportation,military etc with great social value and economic benefits.While the angular acceleration signal's acquisition with high accuracy,high sampling rate,as well as designing a low-pass filter circuit by hardware and combination of low-pass filtering algorithm method by software can filter out many kinds of noise with excellent results.As for angular acceleration signal's great precision,large dynamic performance requirements,I use 8-order Butterworth filter which can remove white noise effectively;I use 18 Bits AD7989-5 chip to meet the high accuracy requirements;I use PHILIPS's LPC2368FBD100 ARM chips to complete the control of ADC and UART;ARM Developer Suite 1.2 is used to debug the circuit board.In this paper,I designed the Lab VIEW interactive interface by using serial communication,including display triaxial angular acceleration signal,transmitting and receiving data between the PC and the serial port,as well as designing a Butterworth filter,median filter,FIR filter,Savitzky-Golay filter four ultra-low-pass filter.I contrast the filtering effect and select the best Savitzky-Golay filter.Finally,the principle of this filter was conducted in-depth exposition.Also,It designed a one-dimensional Savitzky-Golay filter algorithm,and the algorithm is realized with LabVIEW,filtering effect is good.
