Reciprocating compressor is widely used in petrochemical,iron and steel,automobile and metallurgical industry,and the main function is to provide high pressure gas.For example,provides for the gas refueling station of compressed gas,in the oil refining industry and for refining process provide appropriate pressure to ensure normal chemical reactions.At present,reciprocating compressors develop toward to the direction of higher pressure,larger and more columns.As the number of columns of reciprocating compressor increase,making the length of shaft growth,and shaft flexible growth.Therefore,the natural frequency of the reciprocating compressor will reduce.In the high-speed operation of the driving machine,once the speed of the shaft in the resonance speed range,it is very easy to occur the resonance of the shaft.During the operation of reciprocating compressor,the destruction caused by torsional vibration is the most serious,so it is necessary to analyze the torsional vibration of reciprocating compressor.Therefore,it is very important to study the torsional vibration of the drive shaft to the reciprocating compressor supplier.About the torsional vibration of shaft system,the main research methods include distributed parameters method and lumped parameter method.Distributed parameter modeling is very complex,mainly through the establishment of a model of highly nonlinear partial differential,integral equation.The equation is also very complex.The application of lumped parameter method is less.Especially in the subsection of the motor shaft is less.By comparing these two methods calculated error,the calculation accuracy of the lumped parameter method can meet the engineering requirements.The lumped parameter method is simple.It can gain the natural frequencies and natural modes are obtained.Thus,it can guide the actual production,the reasonable range of motor speed.And to determine the critical speed of the shaft system and judge if it can meet the standard of API or not.Through the vibration of the shafting response analysis can get the angular displacement,torque and torsion stress on each segment.The fatigue safety coefficient of each shaft section is obtained,and the safety factor of the shafting is satisfied with the engineering requirement.According to the result of fatigue analysis,the improvement measures are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the shaft.Beta Ltd.is very authoritative in the shafting torsional vibration.It analysis the torsional vibration by ANSYS,in domestic no one can master the analysis method.Their analysis results have high reference.On the basis of analysis of the results,we want to achieve the calculation error within 5%.In the calculation of torsional vibration in the process,we need to calculate the parameters of repeatability,such as flywheel size,the shaft stiffness and inertia.In order to reduce the design process of the pry business,the reciprocating motor driven compressor torsional vibration analysis software is programmed.It can achieve rapid calculation,and can greatly save the time and cost to pry taking delivery cycle.
