Semi-rigid grass-roots pavement in China 's highway construction has great historical significance.Up to now,this pavement structure is still widely used in Gansu Province has been completed and opened to the highway grassroots are semi-rigid base structure,and now the large thickness of cement stabilized gravel base is also worthy of study.In this paper,the combination of theory,experiment and practical application of the project is based on the project of Gansu pear to Mingshui section of Keihin National Expressway,and in the practice,the Gobi area vibration mixing technology is in the wide and thick cement stabilized macadam base The aim of this paper is to study the key technology of quality control of large thickness cement stabilized macadam base construction.The performance of the cement stabilized macadam base layer and the performance of the cement stabilized macadam base layer were analyzed.The method and the method of coMPaction determination of the large thickness cement stabilized macadam base specimen were determined.Cement stabilized gravel base material control,through the test coMParison of heavy coMPaction and vibration forming method,found that the use of vibration forming method of forming unconfined compressive strength of the specimen better.In this paper,the vibration mixing technology of large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base is studied deeply,and the paving process of large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base is made.The paving process of large-thickness cement stabilized gravel base Technology and health technology are summarized respectively,and some key technologies of construction quality control are put forward.It is proved that the application effect of large thickness cement stabilized macadam base is very good.
