Research On Comprehensive Transportation Planning In New Town Construction

With the rapid development of China's national economy and the acceleration of new urbanization process,urban land development and projects construction scale has increased rapidly.The speed up of urban construction has brought great pressure to the normal operation of urban traffic system.The comprehensive urban traffic system needs toadapt to the rapid urban development.Based on this,systematically planning of comprehensive urban traffic system,analysis of the existing problems of traditional traffic planning,proposal of differential development strategy and formulation of urban integrated traffic development strategy,traffic system planning,as well as recent technical route become particularly essential and important.In the background of obvious differentiation of urban functional space and diverse traffic demand,the thesis takes Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area,Shaanxi as an example to analyze and discuss how to divide traffic zones and determine reasonable traffic mode in details.In the meantime,it discusses the application of differentiation strategy in road network planning,public traffic system planning,parking system and traffic policy planning.The thesis firstly including its comprehensive traffic status and analysis,as well as the problems to be solved.Secondly,it makes research on the comprehensive traffic objectives and related system,regional traffic organization,optimization of road classification and node collaborative,public traffic and public parking lot system as well as slow traffic system,and discusses the design method and mode of comprehensive traffic planning of Fengxi New City.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on comprehensive traffic planning strategies and methods according to the actual situation of Fengxi New City.The thesis conducts an in-depth study on the urban regional traffic organization planning and optimization of public traffic network,and catches the core problem of integrated traffic system planning to deploy,which will bring important theoretical value and practical guiding significance to the actual urban comprehensive traffic planning.
