Traffic congestion in the major cities in China has become a permanent condition,city managers and relevant experts are considering the strategic sourcing initiative from demand and supply of transport.However,it is not very useful for the areas where road network have become more sophisticated and determined.Therefore,according to the actual traffic conditions,traffic organization of scientific and effective measures are taken,rational configuration of road resources will inevitably become the important means to solve the traffic problem.As traffic problems emerges,various type of related research on traffic organizations also increasingly rich.Urban roads as large and complex as a whole,many organizational measures can effectively improve the local traffic.How to make systematic,objective evaluation for regional road network overall traffic organization,and further optimization,has become the necessary way of establishing a future traffic organization plan.This report aims to establish an optimization analysis system of regional road network traffic organization.It describes the definition of traffic organization,ideas,purpose and general process,made a fundamental sort of traffic organization theory;further common organizational measures set out,each in turn;roads and intersections were analyzed for capacity and delay calculations typical measure of influence.Report around the regional road network dealership streamline method of automatic refactoring is studied.Firstly,it discuss the representation method of road network accessibility.Proposed to turn the node and link weights unified in the dual edge ideas,improve the traditional dual graph method;in the process of actual road network transformation,added the concept of front and rear arc and used in the dual network.Concluded the network topology structure,combined the catalog side table method and the improved dual graph method,built arc node,dual side table catalog;based on the dual network,used depth-first traversal algorithm derived route diversion viable road network;with a single line as the research object,in accordance with the general procedure preparation of the sort to take a small impedance principle,combined with practical set of directions and the respective road network catalog table,get screened sequence feasible route.By imposing traffic organization intervention in contradictions of the existing road network,and the traffic organization of existing road network get improved,traversing and sorting filter to feasible path of road network under the new program implementation.Finally,getting route preferred sequences of existing road network under two traffic organization programs.From the perspective of the entire regional road network,combined route attribute filters ordered the establishment of regional road network organization program evaluation system,to determine the road network whether the traffic organization strategy to achieve the desired goals,that is the analysis from the macro and micro levels.In order to complete evaluation system,it proposed the concept of reserve capacity and apply;from the perspective of results-oriented,for making easy decision,the combining weights assignment method which of optimum solutions based on the difference between the maximum degree were evaluated.Finally,by way of example to the theory,ideas and algorithms of report were validated.
