Xi Xian New Area Research On Sponge City Construction

Under the guidance of national policies,reducing the impact on the ecological environment has become the trend of urban construction and development,while the construction of sponge city has become a hot spot.This article takes Xixian New Area as the research object,research on the construction and management of the sponge City.First,Through the research on the present situation of the construction of the sponge cities at home and abroad,combined with the regional characteristics of Xixian new area,this paper puts forward the technical route for the construction and management of the sponge city in Xixian New Area.Secondly,using expert analysis method to analysis the problems and risks which exist in the construction of the sponge city in Xixian New Area.Combined with the characteristics of the construction of the sponge city in Xixian new area,the conventional model of the construction process of the sponge city in Xixian new area is put forward.SWMM software is used in simulation and case analysis to determine the construction model of the construction of the sponge City.Finally,using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the model,and give the coping strategies.Through the analysis of similarities and differences,discussing the possibility of the application of sponge city construction experience in the northwest area.Through the study of the construction of the sponge city in Xixian new area,the problems and risks in the process of the construction of the urban sponge city in the western region are put forward.The model of the construction of sponge city suitable for western region is given,which provides a typical reference case for the construction and management of the sponge city in the northwest region.
