Applied Research On Planning And Management Control Methods Of Non-Urban Construction Land In Xixian New District

In the context of rapid urbanization in China,the scale of cities and towns keeps expanding,and the current planning system focuses on the study of urban construction land,but there is still a lack of research on the control of urban non-construction land planning.In the context of national ecological civilization construction,the status of urban non-construction land is increasingly prominent.In recent years,various cities and regions have worked out various types of urban non-construction land planning dominated by ecological protection,to coordinate and control different types of ecological land.In addition to the overall planning and control of ecological land use,it is also of great practical significance to attach importance to the virtuous cycle of land ecosystem and the full play of land resource benefits to realize the sustainable and intensive use of land [1].According to the national ecological civilization construction requirements and salty west district urban and rural integration development,the demand for the development of new city group,from the "overall planning" level of 610 square kilometers of "urban construction land" "USES" and "landscapes" analysis,explore the construction of city construction land planning and management of "west salty model".Through a detailed analysis of the current situation of non-construction land in xi xian new area,the paper puts forward a scientific and reasonable specific planning and control method that closely conforms to the development requirements.The basic information of current situation and planned land use of xi xian new area is systematically sorted out by using various research methods such as graph base relation,and the development status and planning characteristics of xi xian new area are analyzed and summarized emphatically.On the basis of this,the planning target system of non-construction land in xi xian new area was constructed to clarify the protection focus.Studies management and control system,the division of management and control units and the decomposition of management and control indicators.Based on the current status of non-construction land in xi xian new area,planning ideas and methods,management and control methods,and key points,this paper conducts practical research on the spatial pattern construction,category control and guidance,ecological
