The operating mileage of high-speed railways in China ranks first in the world.It is planned that by 2020,the operating mileage will reach 30,000 kilometers,various high-speed railways will gradually become networked,passenger traffic and operating density will increase year by year,and the capacity of some lines will gradually become tense.There are many related researches on the ability of carrying capacity in existing research.However,there are still some deficiencies in systematically researching the classification of influencing factors of high-speed railways and the logical relationships among the influencing factors.This paper analyzes the research status of high-speed railways' carrying capacity factors and the ability to improve technologies through domestic and international research,and analyzes the influencing factors of the carrying capacity and the logical relationships among the influencing factors.Based on this,it proposes measures to improve capacity.This paper divides the influencing factors of high-speed railway carrying capacity into five categories: station fixed facilities,train sections,comprehensive maintenance skylights,station and interval intervals,and transport organization model.Based on this analysis,the influence mechanism of each factor on carrying capacity was analyzed.Then,the ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling Method)is introduced to analyze the hierarchy of high-speed railway carrying capacity factors,and the explanation structure model of influencing factors of high-speed railway carrying capacity is established.The structural model is a seven-level ladder model,which reflects the logical relationship between the 16 influencing factors of high-speed railway carrying capacity.Based on a systematic analysis of the influencing factors of high-speed railway carrying capacity,10 measures have been specifically proposed to increase the capacity of high-speed railways.An example of evaluating the effectiveness of high-speed railway carrying capacity enhancement measures was constructed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed capacity enhancement measures.The research on carrying capacity upgrading technology is a basic research in the optimization of high-speed railway transportation organization.The related research results can further enrich and perfect the theoretical system of China's high-speed railway transportation organization and provide the basis for the subsequent theoretical research on carrying capacity.At the same time,it can also guide the high-speed rail projects in the design and operation phases.Therefore,the work done in this paper has some theoretical and practical values.
