In recent years, with the continuous development of our country, the high-speed railway technology produced rapid progress, and because its feature of fast speed and short running time, the high speed railway alleviated tight line transportation capacity, and enhanced the China Railway in the transportation market competitiveness at the same time. However, in the problem of calculating carrying capacity, the high-speed railway traffic organization should not only consider the interests of operations, but also meet the passenger's demand, so the traditional method of calculation to the existing lines by maximizing the ability for the purpose clearly is unreasonable, for using of high-speed rail capacity, it's a worthy study problem that how to transport goods in the guaranteed level of service under the premise of rational.Papers Bases on the characteristics of the current high-speed railway, that the current high-speed rail is not able to take the "full speed" operating mode but in the mixed traffic with both High-speed and Middle-speed train, the different speed grades trains running on the line is differences in composition, it come to several trains suitable for combination mode actually line operation.For the calculation of the capacity, the paper uses the calculation method of the Minimum interval time, and studies the value of the buffer time and the minimum interval time. On the value of the buffer time, as the train exists different speed grades, and the problem impact that whether the following train was overtake or not if the train in the front was late, the paper discusses the value of the buffer time under the circumstances that late train should be transcended or not, and analyzes the influence of relevant parameters of buffer time value. In the calculation of the minimum interval time, paper first obtained the calculation formula of the three kinds of minimum interval time in general situation, that is the minimal interval time in interval, the minimal interval time of arriving station and the minimal interval time of starting from the station. Then studies the calculation of the minimal interval time at each train combined mode with differences train combination, and gets the average of the minimal interval time according to add up the proportion of different trains combined mode. Paper finally calculated the High-speed railway carrying capacity in multi-level High-speed railway collinear run mode.By refering some sections of the interception of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as example, paper proved the calculation method of carrying capacity to ensure a certain quality of service with differences train combination, and analysis the result at the end of the paper so that to give some suggestions to High-speed rail operations management organization.
