| The electric locomotive has a very important position in the railway industry because of its strong transportation ability,high efficiency and fast speed.Transformer fault and gearbox fault are common fault types in electric locomotive.Fault diagnosis method for electric locomotive transformer based on Three-Ratio Method and fault diagnosis method for electric locomotive gearbox based on threshold value method are proposed.According to the proposed fault diagnosis method,the fault diagnosis system software is designed and developed to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis.Concrete work is as follows:1、Two kinds of common fault types of electric locomotive are researched,which are transformer fault and gearbox fault.The oil monitoring technology is used as the fault diagnosis method of electric locomotive,and the spectrum analysis and ferrography analysis of oil monitoring technology are researched.The application of spectral analysis and ferrography analysis technology in the fault diagnosis system of electric locomotive is proposed.2、The fault diagnosis method for electric locomotive transformer is researched.Firstly,the characteristic gas content of the transformer is compared with the standard critical value.Less than the critical value is identified as a transformer without fault.If the measured value is greater than the critical value,the measured gas yield is compared with the standard critical value.If the measured gas yield is less than the critical value,it is recognized that the transformer is in a critical fault state and is continuously tracked.If the measured gas yield is greater than the critical value,the characteristic gas content is analysed by three ratio method.According to the three ratio analysis method,the transformer fault type is judged and the diagnosis result is obtained.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the method is proved by comparing the results of the diagnosis with the example of the locomotive depot.3、The fault diagnosis method for electric locomotive gearbox is researched.First of all,the spectral data and ferrography data of lubricant in gearbox is measured and collected,and then the threshold value of each element is calculated according to the measured data.Secondly,the spectral data and ferrography data of locomotive equipment to be detected is measured.Finally,the fault diagnosis of gearbox is obtained by comparing the measured data with threshold value,and the correctness and effectiveness of the method is proved by comparing the results of the diagnosis with the example of the locomotive depot.4、The development and design of the fault diagnosis system for electric locomotive is researched.According to the proposed fault diagnosis method of the electric locomotive transformer and gearbox,the diagnosis method is written by system code in the form.Fault diagnosis system for electric locomotive oil monitoring based on VB is designed.The software includes the analysis method of the optical spectrum and the physical and chemical analysis,comprehensive query and print interface are designed for Software user to browse test record. |
