| With the development of modern industry and the improvement of people’s living standards,automobile industry rapid development.The automation level of automobile production and assembly manufacturing has also been enhanced,which requires a more modern ground transportation system to improve production efficiency.High speed roller bed as an important part of the transportation system of automobile production line,in the process of assembly,welding and spraying,etc.,the transportation,classification and storage of materials have the advantage of irreplaceable.But the current core technology remains in the hands of a few foreign enterprises,which seriously hinders the development of China’s automobile manufacturing industry.So,the paper aims to cater to this demand,advanced foreign technologies were introduced and absorbed,the high-speed roller bed was studied based on the analysis of high speed roller bed at home and abroad.Analysis was studied for the high-speed roller bed system,combined with its kinematic optimization design of lifting mechanism,based on the work cycle time planning for the motor selection,and the high-speed roller bed dynamics and finite element simulation analysis.The main research works in this paper are as follows.(1)Analysis of the research background,purpose and significance of the high-speed roller bed,and the different types of lifting mechanism are introduced.At the same time the research status at home and abroad,the planar linkage mechanism of roller bed and the development of kinematics and dynamics were studied.(2)The system of high-speed roller bed was analyzed.At first the structure and working principle of this device was introduced.Secondly,according to the working principle of roller bed,the horizontal mechanism and lifting mechanism were designed accordingly.Then,based on the mechanism kinematics diagram a nd motion model of the roller bed,the kinematics was analyzed and the simulation analysis was proved by the simulation software MATLAB based on the results of theoretical analysis.Finally,the results of motion simulation by Adams and the theoretical analysis were compared and verified,this would be very helpful for the further optimum design of the high-speed roller bed.(3)Through using Adams to build the virtual prototype model and parametric design of lifting mechanism.The best performance of struc ture design would be obtained by the simulation and optimization analysis.Finally,using three-dimensional C AD software Inventor,a 3D entity model of the high-speed roller bed is established.(4)According to the needs of practical production,the production takt time of roller bed conveyor line planning analysis,and based on the Adams software to analyze roller bed three-dimensional entity model.Then,find out the optimal working cycle time planning.The torque and rotational speed of roller bed is de termined based on the time management,the motor of roller bed was selected by the torque speed curve.(5)Combining with the motion curve by analyzing of Adams,the key component model was modal analysis and harmonic response analysis by the finite element analysis software Ansys,get in the end the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration pattern map by block lanczos,and the harmonic response cures of different direction.So,as the basis,select the working frequency of high-speed roller bed to reduce the damage of vibration to the devices. |
