Research And Application Of "Standardized And Informatized" Hazard Investigation System Of Equipment In Port Enterprises

Production activities of port enterprises which depend on the large-scalelarge modern equipment,have characteristics of frequent mobility and cross-operation.Once the equipment fails,it is likely to cause a safety accident.Therefore,the hazard investigation of equipment is playing an important role in improving the safety of the equipment.In order to control the accidents caused by hazard of equipment and effectively carry out hazard investigation of equipment,this paper takes T port enterprises as an example,aiming at improving the management status of hazard investigation of equipment,a method based on the systematic identification result of hazard is proposed to establish the standard for hazard investigation.Based on risk management principles and production characteristics of port enterprises,Select the scientific and rational risk identification method,identify enterprise security risks and hazard systematically,determine control measures based on controlling the risk in an acceptable state,form systematic identification result of hazard.and according to it,forming the standard for hazard investigation.In addition,the establishment of equipment safety risk management and control system is an important part of hazard investigation of equipment.So according to the actual strategic management of T port enterprise,the principle of PDCA in management science and risk management,the safety risk control and verification standard of equipment for the grass-roots company has been formulated,which is used to guide and check the construction of equipment safety risk management system and the verification by themselves.The establishment of standard for hazard investigation of equipment and equipment safety risk control system provides support based a systematic principle and method for carry out hazard investigation of equipment in enterprises.The application of information technology to the hazard investigation not only realizes dynamic tracking management of hazard investigation informationthe and statistical analysis for the number of hazard investigation and rectification information,but also standardizes the process of hazard investigation of equipment and improves the efficiency of hazard investigation,while provide data support for the equipment management personnel determining the direction of hazard investigation.The Construction of “standardized and informatized” of hazard investigation system based on the the standard for hazard investigation of equipment,equipment safety risk control system and information technology has pointed out the direction for carrying out hazard investigation and provided a way for the safety management of equipment in enterprises.
