The Research And Application Of Investigation And Management System Of Potential Safety Hazard In Port G Enterprise Based On "Standardization And Digitization"

Construction of safety hazard investigation and management system is an important part of enterprise safety production and the most effective way to reduce the economic loss of enterprises.Construction of safety hazard investigation and management system is a system engineering,which is the mainstay for the company,on the basis of the investigation and management of risks,investigating the hidden dangers of people,things,management and other aspects in the process of production and management and timely control the hidden dangers.Reporting,tracking,supervision and statistical analysis pass through safety production information system to ensure the supervision and effectiveness,so as to achieve the purpose of safety production.Based on the construction requirements of the standardization and information hidden trouble investigation system and laws and regulations,the standardization and digital hidden trouble investigation and management system for G port enterprises is researched and developed.First,establish the standardization system of hidden trouble investigation and management,including the formation of hidden trouble checklist of hidden danger standard list and list of responsibilities,hidden trouble investigation of examination content and examination standard,so as to formulate a series of standardized documents for hidden trouble investigation.Then,based on the standardization system of hidden trouble investigation,the digital construction is formed and the information system of hidden danger investigation of group end and enterprise end is constructed,so as to achieve a comprehensive docking of the information system of enterprise end and group end,build up the standardization and digital operation system of hidden danger investigation,and preliminarily complete the standardization and digital system construction of hidden trouble investigation and control work.The research Provide technical support for innovation of the enterprise safety management mode,and has been applied comprehensively in the safety management of G port enterprises.The practical results show that based on the standardization and information,the establishment of safety investigation and management system,has reduced the security risks of port area transportation operations and enhanced the safety of the port risk control level.
