At present,with the application of atomization generators in daily life and production becoming more and more widespread,they are mainly used in aerospace,industrial production,agricultural irrigation,medicine and hygiene,and other fields.In the environment,humidity,cooling,dust removal,anti-static and other parties play an extremely important role,the existing pneumatic atomization generator often exists atomized cone angle is too small,atomized droplet particle size is not uniform,atomized lift is too short and many other problems.This paper first introduces the present research status of pneumatic atomization,atomization mechanism and atomization method,then introduces the main contents of this research,and then describes the internal structure design of atomization generator in detail.In particular,the nozzle of the atomizer generator,the float type water control switch device in the pot,and the waterway direct connection device were designed.The structure and size of the nozzle of the atomizer were all designed in this study.The slope of the gas channel is 30 °,45 °,and 60 °,which effectively solves the problem that the water supply system has a turbulent effect on the atomization effect due to the presence of liquid phase.The advantages of the atomizer also lie in its small size and simple structure,which will greatly promote the application range of the atomizer.By using Fluent simulation software to simulate the flow field of several types of nozzles,the influence of input pressure and exit slope on the atomization effect is obtained,and the relative velocity cloud diagram of the flow field at the exit of the nozzle under two phases is obtained.The general law of flow field distribution of two-phase common mass at nozzle outlet is obtained.Finally,the atomization test system is built,and the performance of the newly designed atomization generator prototype is tested experimentally.By changing the input pressure,the gas liquid ratio and other specific factors.The atomized cone angle,droplet size and atomized deposition amount after atomization of the atomizer prototype were tested.Finally,the application of atomization generator in disinfection immunity,humidification and static electricity is introduced in detail.The advantages of the atomizer also lie in its small size and simple structure,which will greatly promote the application range of the atomizer.
