| The type test of motor is very important for the design and manufacture of motor. With the development of computer, motor test has come to a new stage because of the coalescent of metrical technology and computer.The automatic type-test system of electrical drive is made up of the following parts: unit of control; unit of measurement; unit of electrical drive; unit of power supply. The system is used to test the motor including resistance test, temperature rise test, locked-rotor test, no-load test, load test and M-S curve test. The system is easy for redevelopment and function extension. Because the system's power is supplied by inverters and driver, it is easy for controlling the motor and can be used for new arithmetic for the controlling of motor. The following tasks have been accomplished in this thesis:1. Accomplished the design, installation and debugging of hardware. There are two parts in the hardware: electric drive-part and testing-part. The electric drive-part is composed of motor, direct current dynamo, inverters and dirver;the testing-part is composed of advanced sensors, torque measuring equipments and high performance cards, which has insured the reliability of hardware;2. Accomplished the design, programming and debugging of software.The software is programmed by C++ Builder6.0 for high speed of data processing.The software is mainly composed of main program,motor-control program based on USS,data acquisition program,data processing program and database. Thereinto, the motor-control program contains the controlling of inverters and dirver;the data acquisition program contains two parts: the acquisition of speed, torque, output power from NC-2A based on serial communication and the data of voltage, current from PCI-1710 card;the data processing program contains conversion, calculation and curve fitting of data;3. The processing of test data has been researched and the math model, arithmetic of curve fitting in every kind of test are discussed.And the test results are analyzed in the chapter combined with test data;4. The efficiency of motor is researched and the problem in controlling of efficiency based on slip frequency using a model obtained from curve fitting using test data is discussed. |
