| Lead sulphate battery has attracted much attention in the field of new energy storage because of its diaphragm free structure design.In order to improve the conductivity,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the electrode material of the lead sulfonate liquid battery,and to improve the charging and discharging efficiency and the cycle life of the battery,this paper has studied a kind of high density polyethylene as the matrix material,the short cut carbon fiber as the reinforced material,the scale graphite and the acetylene carbon black as the conductive material.In order to improve the interfacial bonding strength of the composite conductive electrode,the interfacial bonding strength of the composite conductive electrode is improved by the coupling of the molding pressure,molding pressure and molding time and the ratio of the conductive filler to the mechanical properties of the composite conductive electrode.The compound conductive electrode was modified and its mechanism was analyzed.The effect of the composite conductive electrode before and after modification on the storage efficiency and the cycle life of the lead sulfonic acid lead liquid battery was studied.The results show that:first,the mass ratio of the conductive filler carbon black and graphite powder is 1:4 with the molding pressure temperature 190,the molding pressure 25MPa and the molding time 25min,and after the 1.5%titanate coupling agent treatment,the comprehensive performance of the conductive composite is best,the conductivity reaches 19.4s cm-1 and the bending strength reaches 58..4MPa,at the same time,by scanning electron microscope observation and analysis,the corrosion resistance is obviously higher than that of the composite conductive electrode without titanate coupling agent.Two,by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and XPS analysis,the binding between the coupling agent and the HDPE matrix is physical entanglement or crosslinking,and the bonding between the reinforced material and the conductive filler(-C-O-Ti-)is used as a chemical bonding method(-C-O-Ti-),and the bonding property of the boundary surface of the composite is improved.After titanate coupling agent treatment,the shear strength between matrix material and reinforcing material increased from 5.01 + 1.04MPa to 7.97 + 0.96MPa.Three,when the composite conductive electrode treated with titanate coupling agent is used as the electrode material of the lead sulfonate liquid battery,the battery has good charge discharge characteristics,the coulomb efficiency is 92%~94%,the voltage efficiency is 90%~93%,the energy efficiency is 83%~86%,and the cycle life is also increased by about 2 times.(4)The basic properties of the current commercial composite electrode materials were tested,and the conductivity was 11.708 s · cm-1 and the bending strength was 41.78 MPa,which were lower than the conductivity and bending strength of the composite electrode materials prepared in this paper;When used in batteries,its overall performance is lower than that of the composite electrode material assembled in this paper. |
