With the rapid development of the power industry,power shortage has become an urgent problem to be solved.It is a top priority that how to improve the utilization of electricity and real-time online accurate monitoring of power parameters with a certain total power generation.Considering the current development and the actual demand of electricity meter of domestic and foreign,this project has designed a multi-function electric energy measuring instrument.Its main functions include power parameter monitoring,data storage,fault alarm,display,remote communication,multi-channel switch and analog input and output.It can be flexibly applied to a variety of common low voltage(100V / 220 V / 380V)power supply and distribution systems.The main research content of this subject:(1)The choice of power collection method.Aiming at the development history and research status of electricity collection technology at home and abroad,this design uses a combination of resistor divider and PT isolation,which avoids the phase shift caused by LC sampling and makes the input and output isolated to improve the detection accuracy and reliability.(2)Design of Intelligent Control System.This study uses STM32 series MCU as the main control device and the ADE7878 three-phase power metering chip which the measurement error less than 1 ‰ to meet the acquisition speed of energy parameters and improve the measurement accuracy of the entire system,so that greatly enhance the speed of operation.(3)Input / Output control design.In this paper,multi-channel digital input,output and multi-channel analog output interface are designed.And the switch input is divided into active input and passive input in two ways to meet the different needs of customers.(4)Design of Human-Computer interaction interface.This topic uses two electrical isolation RS485 communication mode to improve the communication reliability of the system "four remote".The visualization of human-computer interaction interface is designed in this project,which can easily monitor and store the three-phase power parameters,and draw the real-time curve,intuitively observe the change trend of the parameters and make timely feedback.The multi-function electric energy measuring instrument designed in this project can measure the power parameters of the three-phase power system in real time and reliably.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy can reach 2 ‰,which is much higher than that of the traditional three-phase meter.Visualization of human-machine interface is convenient and fast,and it is able to monitor grid parameters in real time.The multi-function electric energy measuring instrument has large data storage space to store historical data,so that users can quickly call and predict power trends in the grid.
