A blind man is a special group in our life,by the end of 2015 blind total about 50 million people around the world,the data from the world health organization official investigation.In addition to the blind,life around us there are a lot of low vision population.According to relevant data show that the former world number of low vision population of about 150 million people,is the blind number three times.While in our country with visual disability crowd of about 13 million people,in 13 million of the 13 million people are blind.Every day in our country the number of the blind in the expansion,with the number of 450000 people by 2020,our country’s eyesight disabled population will reach 5000 more than ten thousand people.In recent years,as people continued concern and attention,for visually impaired people group of visually impaired people to help line equipment has been widely concerned.Met in 2016,"China and Europe,Hamburg summit" of "made in China2025" put forward by the Chinese in the face of the fourth industrial revolution comes to do preparation,to meet the challenges and the future development of Chinese industrial industries under 4.0 vision and planning,will make the industrial science and technology in our country has a more rapid development in the coming years,new technology will also continue to innovation.With the support of new technology and new technology,the blind walker products will no longer be limited to only meet their daily travel,but on the basis of meeting their day-to-day use to help them maximize meet the psychological needs.This titled "based on the observer-based cutting force under the industrial 4.0 smart walker product design research",in order to solve the blind the practical problems of travel,to assist the blind travel intelligence help line as the main research object.Through to the physiological and psychological needs of the blind to visit and study,understand their real demand of action aid.On the basis of industrial 4.0,through new technology and new technology,to improve the problem and the shortcomings of existing products,designed a new intelligent help line for the blind crutch,combined with the design research for later scholars to provide help for the blind crutch,defined the future direction of product design and the design way of thinking to provide some reference.This topic from the following several parts:The first chapter is introduction.Put forward the research background of this paper,the research content,research purpose and meaning,etc.The second chapter provides an overview of industrial 4.0 under the background of China’s industrial design present situation,problems and challenges;Through the analysis of industrial 4.0 help line products,analysis help line device on the market demand for the blind and the innovative significance.The third chapter through the analysis of the psychological and physiological needsof visually impaired group line and already on the market to help blind people,find the elements of visually impaired people to help line designed to break through the bottleneck and face.Intelligent elements of product were analyzed,and the help line for the blind crutch product requirements model is set up.The fourth chapter,the author designed the blind walker product analysis.Based on the present new technologies,new processes and new intelligent production mode analysis,combined with the user’s requirements,design a new type of blind intelligent walker,multi-faceted system analysis and design products.Chapter 5 conclusion and prospect on the research of the present paper gives the appropriate summary,and hope the teachers give correct and criticism.This paper on the study by using the combined method of theory and practice,put forward their intelligence to the blind walker designed some opinions and views,hope for later related research have a certain guidance and reference.
