Electric vehicle(EV)is a vehicle that uses the vehicle battery power as the driving force,and uses the motor to drive the wheel to meet the requirements of the road traffic and safety regulations.Because of the relatively low impact on the environment,electric vehicles are widely regarded as promising.Motor drive technology is a key technology of electric vehicle.In order to learn and apply this technology more efficiently,the training platform of motor drive system for electric vehicle is developed.Electric vehicle motor drive system training platform is mainly composed of a motor,motor controller,power batteries,this article describes in detail the process of demolition of the main components of the vehicle,after power matching on the platform,according to the system function design can achieve the teaching content,to achieve the use of platform and the actual work of the closely,combination of the appropriate material to prepare the platform bracket and reasonable layout,fixed parts,do security work.Developed the motor drive system training platform used in teaching,training on the effect of significant,to further study the motor drive technology to lay the foundation..This article systematically describes the development of electric vehicles and their training platform,and also describes the working principle and system basic working process of the motor assembly on electric vehicle,and summarizes the production process of the electric drive motor drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor;and introduces the design features and functions of the two types of motor drive system of the training platform,through the functions operating or failure setting experiments on two training platform to compare the design and application of the two training platform,and make recommendations to improve the design of the training platform in the future.
