With the rapid development of Chinese economy, national car inventory grows increasingly and traffic pressure on city roads increases gradually as well.In order to maintain sustainable development, which is the social development concept, car design also obeys the rule of energy-saving and lightening. However, these design concepts inevitably cause serious problems of obvious vibration characteristics, which largely lower the car comfortable performance. Therefore,it is necessary for technicians to consider how to solve the unnecessary vibration and noise during the car design and arrangement. And power train is one of the main excitation source,so considering obstructing power train can efficiently lower vibration and successfully improve the car comfortable performance. Also, configuring the suspension system properly can obstruct the vibration transmission caused by power train to car frame. Moreover, rubber suspension is common, cheap, and has compacted layout, strong operability and easy maintenance,so many national brands apply rubber suspension as the car power train vibration-obstructing component in their designs. This text concludes predecessors' study of rubber suspension. Then, using the rubber suspension in a passage car as a study example and the basic mechanical performance of rubber, the text calculates its characteristics of static stress ~ displacement and compares the test values under different stress-strain appearance and constitutive models by analyzing three static characteristics of uniaxial tension, biaxial tension and plane shear.Meanwhile,it compares the calculation accuracy of the hyperelastic models suspended under different loading states, and explains the influence of different causes on the calculation results of static characteristics of rubber suspension with data.
