The vibration characteristics of high-speed EMU is not only an important index to evaluate the train comfort and design level,but also seriously affect their life of the structure and vehicle performance.The rubber component has a good effect of vibration and noise reduction,it can reduce vibration and impact from the rail effectively when the train running at high speed.So it is more and more widely used in the railway vehicle.EMU hanging electrical equipment is the core of high-speed EMU electric traction system,it works at serious stress when the train running at high speed.V shape rubber vibration isolator in hanging seat of electric equipment can reduce the vibration of equipment.The static and dynamic stiffness of an V shape rubber vibration isolator are very important to the reliable operation of electrical equipment.So,the research of is more and more important.In this paper,the finite element simulation and circuit test of the dynamic stiffness of the V shape rubber vibration isolator of the CRH380B EMU are carried out.First of all,the basic theory of finite element method and the nonlinear properties of rubber materials are introduced in this paper;Secondly,the constitutive model and dynamic model of rubber materials is expounded.Considering the characteristics of rubber isolator material in this paper,the Mooney-Rivlin mode is chosen to describe the constitutive model of rubber,and the parallel unit mode is chosen to describe the dynamic model of rubber.Thirdly,the solid model of V shape rubber vibration isolator is established by using Pro/E modeling software,then,the Pro/E model is established to import the geometric solid model into the finite element pre-processing sof-tware HyperMesh for the grid division,the material and the real constant definition,the constraint to add and so on;and the static and dynamic stiffness of the rubber vibration isolator are solved.At last,test of dynamic stiffness of rubber vibration isolator is carried out,the vertical acceleration data of rubber vibration vibration isolator are collected and analyzed,the dynamic stiffness of the rubber vibration isolator is obtained.It comes to the conclusion that the finite element model is correct and method for solving the dynamic and static stiffness is reasonable by comparing with the test results and the finite element simulation.This work lays the foundation for the optimum design of rubber vibration isolator,it also provides the reference for the further development of V shape rubber vibration isolator.
