With the development of modern science and technology,communication technology and computer technology and digital signal processing technology.It has been widely used in various substation substation,however,their existing automation level of the power industry is low,can not meet the requirements of society on high quality electric energy issues become increasingly prominent,and then put forward for the old substation were instead of conventional control,manual operation control mode for the computer monitoring system is the basis of integrated automation transformation or new,in order to improve the power quality and power system reliability.Due to communication in substation automation system occupies an important position,so in large transformer substation face a large number of network node,as far as possible to improve the performance of communication equipment,ensure that there is network congestion and paralysis fault,can we achieve the real-time,transfer.Along with the growth of the running time of substation automation investment,some practical work in all kinds of problems also began to slowly highlights,control room covers a vast area,system maintenance work is tedious,reliability is low,is required for maintenance of human and material resources into the cost to be high.Along with the substation automation and the unmanned popularization and the prevalence,the automation system malfunction and the question also gradually highlights.Based on the above background,this thesis rely on a transformer substation centralized control center of the accident processing system,mainly around the following aspects were carried out: carries on the analysis to the existing information system,established to reflect the substation centralized control center fault features for preparing self switching device and transformer protection,bus movements and other equipment of temporal knowledge expression and uncertainty temporal reasoning and constraint relation of the analytical model.The main work of this paper is on the analysis of traditional substation automation system function,structure and design principle of foundation,through field investigation and accident simulation test automation system in the actual operation of common fault,it pointed out the present problems existing in traditional substation automation system,put forward the suggestion of treatment and rectification measures,and strive to gradually improve the maintenance work of substation automation system.The construction of strong smart grid,"three five" development framework construction as the background,in order to control various automation system as the basis,make full use of the information exchange and sharing ",research for electrical equipment in substation fault diagnosis method,improve the accuracy,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the development of substation automation system is studied,and it is pointed out that the purpose and significance of the common faults and the solution of the substation automation system are studied.Secondly,the key analysis substation automation system data acquisition and control,DC power supply system and mechanical and electrical protection system three aspects of the basic system.There are three kinds of substation automation system structure,which are centralized,distributed and distributed.Third,introduces some common automation system failures,including communication network fault,data acquisition fault,false alarm fault and other factory device mismatch fault.Fourth,through the analysis of the common problems of the automation system,the main reasons for the failure are found.Finally,in the analysis of the automation system of a variety of failures and problems,to the greatest extent to fault in the presence of shortening the duration of effect,so as to improve the normal operation of the equipment automation system.
