Optimization Of The Energy-saving Generation In The Imperfect Electricity Market

With the development of the electric power system reform,the situa tion of power supply and demand in C hina has also changed greatly.With the sale of electricity market liberalization,C hina's generation rights trade also further promote the development of the electric power market,how to balance the energy saving power generation and electricity market,matching trading issues surfaced in front of us.As a pilot project of energy saving power generation,Guangdong power grid has a certain experience in the optimization of energy saving power generation scheduling,in co mbination with the ranking method of online coal consumption and unit emissions.But queuing method,equal bidding method,network flow planning method and linear programming method used in power market operation are not applicable to the existing energy-saving power generation.The day after the sale of electricity liberalization of the electricity market,such scheduling problems may be encountered(such as electricity price and energy-saving emission reduction index,the need to strengthen the unified)related research.According to the market price of the background,the basic principle of energy-saving generation dispatching;on this basis,the basic tasks and responsibilities with scheduling,analyzes its similarities and differences with other scheduling methods;effects of the implementation of energy-saving power dispatch of electricity market environment of power industry.It is of great significance to save energy and reduce consumption in power industry.The purpose of this paper is to study and d iscuss the solution and method of unit generation scheme under the market-oriented electricity pricing mode.In view of the effective role of generation rights trading in the market environment for energy-saving emission reduction,this paper proposes a centralized trading mode of generation rights based on the electricity price market.At the same time considering the capacity of electricity,energy saving,electricity and environmental costs,to guide the correction is proposed based on the efficiency of electricity market double energy optimization model,virtual generation right transaction model for generation rights trade mainly use the existing extensions for financial settlement,take reasonable way to ensure an efficient unit has stable efficiency,leading power the side to achieve energy-saving benefit maximization.
