City development is restricted by the urban waterlogging.The key solution is to ensure that urban sewer systems are unblocked and drainage pumping stations run well.Howerever,most of the drainage pumping stations in China has the shortcomings of low-efficient operation and high energy consumption.The frequent changes of running condition of the most of the drainage pumping stations result in the design deviation of pumping units,low operation efficiency,and energy consumption.In addition,many drainage pumping stations lack proper management and scientific dispatch,which causes a great waste of money and electricity,even disastrous consequences.Therefore,the optimal dispatch of drainage pumping stations,especially the joint optimal dispatch in a district,can drain sewage and save sources,which can bring considerable economic and social benefits.This thesis firstly introduces the history and situation of drainage pumping stations in China.Then the weather conditions,precipitations and the situations of flood and waterlogging of Taojiang County over the years are summarized.Based on the experiences of working in operation management in drainage pumping stations,the basic conditions of four drainage pumping stations at Chengguanyuan in Taojiang County is presented.Thereafter,the intrgrated automation for the pimping stations is introduced.To improve the operation efficiency and decrease the energy consumption,the optimal dispatch of single drainage station and the joint optimal dispatch of the drainage pumping station are discussed in detail,the corresponding optimal dispatch models are builted,and the differential evolution algorithm(DE)is appled to solve the dispatch models.The results show that the dispatch plan based on differential evolution algorithm is able to effectively decrease the operation costs and improve the economic benefit.
