Standardization,prefabrication,assembly is the development direction of highway support structure.Based on the cantilever reinforced concrete retaining wall as the basic wall type,the retaining wall is modularized and componentized,and the assembled retaining wall is designed.On the basis of the feasibility of the production of the retaining wall and the assembly process,Scale model test and numerical simulation,the structural characteristics of the structural retaining wall are studied.The main work of the paper and conclusions are:1.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of retaining walls commonly used in road support,the cantilever reinforced concrete retaining wall is chosen as the basic wall type for the assembly.The retaining wall is first unitized(each unit length 2.5m),and then the retaining wall unit is divided into board and floor,put forward the welding assembly,angle steel bolt assembly,anchor bolt assembly of the three forms of assembly.2.Combined with the project conditions,the single-stage cantilever retaining wall and two-stage cantilever retaining wall were designed.The construction technology and key points of prefabricated retaining,retaining,storage,transportation and on-site assembly were given.3.Through the assembly retaining wall model reinforcement cage processing,template processing,concrete pouring,demolition mold maintenance,assembly inspection,secondary casting and other whole process to test the assembly type retaining wall structure design and processing technology is reasonable.4.A large-scale and multi-stage assembled retaining wall model test was carried out.The experiment uses sand as filler to finish the model test of two-stage and three-stage assembly retaining wall in the room firstly.The deformation development,earth pressure distribution and retaining wall The form of destabilization damage.5.The structural characteristics of the two-stage retaining wall are analyzed by using FLAC3D as the research platform,and the influence of the upper and lower wall spacing,the depth of the upper wall and the strength of the wall filling on the stability of the retaining wall are discussed.
