Research On Planning Of Development Zones Based On Capital

In recent years,domestic and international economic situation has undergone profound changes,China’s economy has entered a new normal,the three superimposed in the huge pressure,the central also proposed " Three go one down and one fill" six character principle.As the leading position of economic development,all kinds of parks are naturally affected by the macro economy.Under the macro economic situation and the government’s powerful control,it is a subject worthy of serious consideration that how to prepare the city planning and how to carry out the management.This paper takes this as the starting point,on the one hand,analyzed the implementation path and mechanism of driving factors and the development of the park;on the other hand,combined with the "Xiangtan Chang Zhu Tan city cluster two type society demonstration area Jiuhua area planning(2010-2030)" revised in 2016,influencing factors the planning plan for the capital logic to reflect and control aspects are summarized combing,in order from the theory that planning is not a pure blueprint for the description of the process,but by many practical constraints,especially the restriction of some recessive conditions,such hidden conditions include the logic of capital market system,etc..This paper is divided into six parts,each part is:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly from the phenomenon and problems leads to the object of this study,research direction,put forward the research purpose,significance and methods,content,and finally comb out the research framework of this paper.The second chapter,the main content is to sort out the concept of various parks,and on the basis of literature review and related theories combed,put forward the theoretical research breakthrough point.The third chapter describes the basic situation of the object of study and its actual state of development.The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the impact of capital logic on the development of the development zone and its causes.The fifth chapter,based on "Xiangtan Chang Zhu Tan city cluster two type society demonstration area Jiuhua area planning(2010-2030)" revised in 2016 is how to combine the logic of capital and how to optimize the planning.The sixth chapter,the conclusion summarizes the main research results of this paper,and then combs the context of the article,and puts forward some prospects for future research.
