The relationship between transportation and regional development has been closely linked,and the time and spatial structure have been an important factor affecting regional development.However,with the rapid development of high-speed rail,time and space will no longer be a problem.Under such a background,Nanchang is experiencing a period of high-speed railway development.Choosing the high speed railway (planning speed of 350 km/h) and Intercity Railway(planning speed of 250 km/h)as the research object,the paper tries to plan a network that Nanchang is the core of the surrounding districts and expand to the entire Jiangxi province high-speed railway network,to provide the conditions for regional development of Nanchang.First,This paper analyzes the current situation of the national high-speed railway and the construction of high-speed railway in the surrounding area of Nanchang,and points out that the main problems in the planning and construction of Nanchang high-speed railway are the lack of access to the expressway,the lack of density of the internal rapid railway network and the lack of(High-speed)railway planning,lack of pre-work,late prospects and several other aspects of the problem.Then,according to the existing railway network structure in the country,construct a hub connected road network.Based on the data from 2000 to 2014,a passenger traffic forecasting method and gravity model based on the four-stage method are used to predict the passenger flow OD of the target high-speed railway network and the passenger flow OD of the inter-city rail network.Finally,according to the passenger flow OD Calculate the target year Nanchang hub and all directions of high-speed passenger flow and inter-city traffic in all directions,and according to the distribution of passenger flow,combined with the national strategic layout and planning,as well as the actual needs of the province and may be proposed separately in the near future Nanchang high-speed rail line layout scheme,construction scale and the long-term Nanchang high-speed rail line layout scheme,construction scale,and given the layout of the Nanchang high-speed railway hub internal layout and Sluggish solution.Based on the quantitative analysis of various four-stage models,this paper presents the forecast of railway passenger volume from Nanchang to other cities by qualitative analysis,and improves the technical level of railway passenger volume forecasting,which will provide reference and basis for the planning research in this field.
