In order to exploit ……Development of networking technology,to more car users a convenient,user-state data on their own cars with real-time control and fault information becomes a thing can be achieved using these data can not only make cars safer and more reliable,It can also provide a basis for automobile manufacturers in the development and transformation.This paper presents a vehicle GPRS network terminal,on the one hand,the vehicle-mounted terminal through the internal CAN module automotive network CAN signal acquisition analysis,was "speed,speed,oil pressure" and other important information,on the other hand with the vehicle terminal itself vehicle network diagnosis interactive services between the nodes,the vehicle control ECU,and finally through GPRS DTU module information packaged integration,change the format,to the wireless network to the network for other internet users to receive,and ultimately the user remote diagnostic functions.In this paper,the hardware is designed with Freescale S12 microcontroller MCU hardware circuitry,including power module,GPRS module,CAN transceiver module,RS232 serial converter module and each peripheral circuit module using Altium Designer software to draw circuit schematic.Software application Codewarrior MCU software development,including CAN communication initialization,SCI initialization,J1939 format of packets received,UDS diagnostic service support,data storage,packing,SCI data output and other major work.Finally,the board of the S12 software into burn verified by CANOE software to simulate the actual vehicle network environment to verify the J1939 protocol packets received storage correctness,while UDS service is verified.
