The process design of the wire harness is to transfer the circuit topology information,the connection relation information and so on to the process chart and table which be used in manufacturing process,after the completion of the circuit system design.Process design need to consider a lot of constraints,and these constraints scatter in the process manual or other process guidance,which lack of a unified management,however the way the process workers get the content is through the accumulation of experience.Research on knowledge management has been achieved in many fields,a number of manufacturing enterprises enhance the process management to the level of knowledge management.However,these process knowledge are often aimed at the field of rigid body or the relatively high degree of automation,the research of harness is mostly concentrated in the automotive industry.The production process of aviation harness is mainly manual operation,study for the process knowledge is often difficult to achieve automation application,which makes many enterprises have no special harness process knowledge management system,which lead to the lack of tools for knowledge acquisition,accumulation and sharing.Therefore,this paper propose a method of knowledge expression for process rules and constraints,to set up a concise process knowledge system of harness to manage the process knowledge of aviation harness.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,established the research plan,to carding process flow through the introduction of aviation harness production process,then discuss the acquisition,expression,storage and application of the process knowledge according to the general steps of knowledge management system.Secondly,classified aviation wire harness process knowledge into process specification knowledge,process instance knowledge and process verification knowledge,according to the result of survey.Process specification knowledge and process instance knowledge,include harness processing rules and the requirement of wiring harness components selection.Process verification knowledge compose the component attribute knowledge and the verification rules,verification rules regulate the methods of how to use component attribute knowledge.Thirdly,analyzed and compared several common knowledge expression methods,according to the characteristics of the harness process knowledge,determine to use production representation and semantic web representation to express the process knowledge.The production representation method mainly expresses the regular knowledge,which described the solution to problem.Verification knowledge is expressed in semantic web representation.At last,designed and developed aviation harness knowledge system based on the research above.And introduce the system development,application environment and main functions. |
