With the social progress and technological development, traffic safety has been higher and more urgent demands,Therefore, the manufacturers of countries all over the world have concentrated so much effort on the intelligence research on automobile over the years. In order to improve the safety driving at night,Based on the problems of traditional front-light system which is can't provide good lighting in time and bring dazzling to driver when the car passing. The research of automobile adaptive front-light system was the high valued.Adaptive Front-lightning System(AFS)is a rapid development new technology in recent years in the field of automotive lighting. The technology breakthrough the traditional automotive lighting ideas and methods,it integrates advanced PID control theory, optics theory, machinery manufacturing theory and computer theory, and make automotive front lighting functions to be changed from simpler active safety parts to complex active safety parts. Therefore, the development of the system has become more complex, this paper mainly studies on the development of the visual simulation for the AFS system.Firstly, this paper introduces esactuality and development trend of the automobile adaptive lighting system, and detailly analyzes for the current laws and regulations and considers the adjustment of front-light when the vehicle driving on the corner, meet slope and the car body pitch at night, thus proposed AFS system visual simulation development proposal;then each module system is designed, and cooperate with relevant software systems visual simulation development, making the entire development of adaptive front lighting systems become intuitive and feasible. The visual simulation development method by the actual road calibration, has been well verified,it shows the feasibility and correctness for the project.
