As car ownership more and more and automobile driving faster and faster, serious traffic accident which is happened at night becomes more and more common, so people pay more attention gradually to car safety driving at night. As one of the three major safety protector in Modern car, headlight can provide enough vision scope for drivers to drive at night, which is the mark that let the pedestrians at night and driver of coming the car far away another car will come, so, the performance of headlight is directly determined by the security of driving at night. The market competition for the need of quick update products and consumer demand for high-performance, makes the traditional car headlight system not suit for the need of modern way under different conditions. With the development of computer technology, control technology and finite element t analysis technology, a large number of universal commercial software, just like3D design software, control simulation software and finite element simulation software emerge at the right moment t and get a wide range of applications.Because the technology innovation brings new product development, adaptive Front-lighting System is the product of new technology.At present, the technology of automotive adaptive Front-lighting System is monopolized by foreign automotive giant or automotive lamp giant, adaptive Front-lighting System of Limousine Car is foreign technology which is moving production localization in China internally. In this text, based on the control theory and finite element and theory, the Matlab and3D software Catia and general finite element software Hypermesh as a foundation, the paper research and analysis control strategy and its structure dynamic characteristics of adaptive Front-lighting System with the typical car.First of all, the paper has introduced the research background and the present study condition is of adaptive Front-lighting System, discusses the significance and importance of research contents, formulate and organize framework of this paper. And then this paper analysis the composition, structure principle and function of adaptive Front-lighting System after understanding the laws and regulations of car headlights, which lays a theoretical basis for the follow-up study. Secondly, after the analysis of the two important parameters-auto safety brake distance and light level after corner of adaptive Front-lighting System and combined with the car driving device and PID controller for control strategy of adaptive Front-lighting System, this paper has established vertical and horizontal control model of adaptive Front-lighting System, and analysis simulation model.Finally, through design the car and parts by now more important link of technology-reverse engineering technology, this paper has obtained part3D mathematical model of adaptive Front-lighting System after the point cloud processed, reversed. Using the universal finite element simulation software Hypermesh, simplifying the headlight model, this paper has obtained the finite element simulation model of adaptive Front-lighting System, and then optimize and simulat the dynamic characteristic of the lamp.
