| In this paper,high energy X-ray nondestructive testing system project as the research object,the project execution in the application of traditional project management methods,the main existing project estimation time is too long,serious delay,resource conflicts and other issues.Based on the analysis of project execution process,the key chain technology is introduced,and the advantages and feasibility of the application of critical chain technology are explained by comparing with the traditional project management methods.In this paper,the characteristics of project research and development of high energy X-ray nondestructive testing system and the task of the project implementation phase are described in detail.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the project,resource occupancy and operational aspects,as the algorithm steps and the selected principles of the program.The application steps of determining the key chain of the high energy X-ray nondestructive testing system,the setting steps of the buffer and the application steps of the buffer management are determined respectively.The project schedule management application research framework of high energy X-ray nondestructive testing system based on critical chain technology was constructed.The application of critical chain technology in high energy X-ray nondestructive testing system makes the project more reasonable,thus providing theoretical basis for enterprises to implement similar projects in the future.At the same time high-energy X-ray nondestructive detection system can be as large,high-tech projects to a typical representative,by critical chain technology in a high-energy ray nondestructive detection system project research provides the reference for other large high-tech projects implementation. |
