The Research On Planning And Construction Of Xiangxi Rural Area

In 2005,CPC Central Committee had proposed "building a new socialist countryside" as a major historic task in Sixteenth Party in the Fifth Plenary Session,since the country launched a rural building boom.There were many successful cases during the domestic and foreign construction,For underdeveloped ethnic minority in Xiangxi area,how to apply these successful experiences among rural planning and construction of Western,and how to continue further geographical features in the planning and design aspects and carry forward the national characteristics is the purpose of this text study.This paper has carried out research and exploration on the planning and construction of Shiliuping village of Xiangxi area mainly on aspects of the planning and the design,and provided a reference for rural planning and construction mode in Xiangxi area.First,I have carried on theoretical research:by studying of domestic and international planning of rural construction,and summarized useful experience,analyzed the status of domestic problems and proposed the solutions of the construction of rural strategies;then from the present situation in Xiangxi area rural planning and construction,I found many problems in the Xiangxi village at present by means of field survey and literature study,then I analyzed these problems carefully and proposed solutions on policy guidance and planning and design strategies.Then I carried on applying practice,using the foregoing summary of the theory way to practice on Shiliuping villiage's planning and design : I studied the development of ideas and strategies of Shiliuping villiage,and then I took overall planning on rural infrastructure.Last I planned and designed the central area of Shiliuping village concretely with professional angle from planning and design layout,spatial structure,landscaping,road traffic,housing selection,to planning effection.The countryside should be planned under the support of government in new period to develop new rural Economy,to unify planning infrastructure,to cultivate new farmers,to construct quality "rural communities",as well as respecting for the original rural structure of ethics,continuing rural areas andethnic characteristics.
