According to the highway construction in natural gravel,gravel shortage problems,in order to improve the exploitation of resources caused by gravel damage,while reducing the cost of long distance transport gravel problem.The research relies on the Jixian to Hejin Expressway project in Shanxi Province,comprehensively using investigation,laboratory analysis,engineering applicationmethods.In combination with the above methods,this paper studies the suitability of stabilized-soil as subbase material of pavement.As a result,this reserch formed a systematicachievements of fine stabilized-soil pavement base.By using the orthogonal test,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the physical and mechanical properties of the stabilized fine grained soil and provide mix design of stabilized-soil.Based on the mix design,this paper studies the water stability,frost resistance,compressive resilience modulus and dry shrinkage of the stabilized stabilized fine grained soil,compared with the stabilized soil and traditional cement stabilized gravel.Combined with the experimental project and evaluates the performance of the stabilized soil with solidified agent,the paper puts forwardthe construction technology of stabilized soil surface subbase.To sum up,the main resultofthis paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The stabilized fine grained soil can not only meet strength and durability,but can also reduce the amount of cementitious material.(2)Through the comparison of stabilized fine grained soil and cement stabilized gravel and cement stabilized crushed stonlime soil,the feasibility of stabilized fine grained soil instead of cement stabilized gravel and cement stabilized crushed stonlime soil is explored.(3)The construction technology and construction notice of liquid curing agent to stabilized fine grained soil are put forward.
