In recent years,with the continuous development of social economy and technology,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The demand for data network in the whole communication industry is increasing day by day,and it is urgent to build a large-scale communication building to meet the development.Communication engineering construction covers civil construction,mechanical and electrical equipment installation,decoration and decoration and other professional constructions.Equipment installation engineering requires high technical requirements,involves a wide range of specialties,cumbersome procedures,and many cross-operations.It occupies an important position in communication engineering construction.The problem of cross-over operation in the construction of equipment installation engineering requires a more complete project organization and management method and process for overall control,real-time control and supervision,timely detection of problems,strict control of cross-construction problems in time and space,to avoid affecting the overall construction progress of the project And construction quality.In order to solve the problems in the grade separation operation,gradually improve the management and control level of managers,and promote the better application of the grade separation operation optimization plan to engineering construction,I have read a lot of relevant documents,inquired about relevant materials,and understood the background of the grade separation operation and others With regard to the research on this topic,learn the methods that are worth learning from others in the research process.In addition,I inspected the site and went deep into the construction site to actually understand the construction status of the project,discover problems,and collect relevant information to lay a solid foundation for the subject research.Based on the literature review and field investigation,this article uses the project decision-making evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the engineering case,and select the best solution.By comparing the selected decision-making plans,using the plan to propose specific optimization methods from four aspects of organization management,quality,schedule and cost management,so that these management methods can be effectively used to resolve cross-operation conflicts,improve production efficiency,and ensure The project progressed in an orderly,safe and stable manner,and finally achieved the construction goal.Through the research on this subject,the optimization suggestions for the management of interchange operations from the aspects of organization management,quality,schedule and cost management are put forward.These suggestions provide optimization methods for the process management of other professional projects and will help strengthen managers.The ability to manage and control engineering projects speeds up the construction process,reduces construction costs,reaches the owner’s unit progress goal,and meets the owner’s construction needs.
