With the increasing of traffic demand in China,more and more highway bridge distresses and injuries are detected.In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the transportation in China,the bridge reinforcement technology shows great significance in further research.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of bridge deck pavement on the load distribution of the hollow slab bridge.Based on this,an advanced technology using reinforced concrete bridge deck pavement to reinforcement hollow slab bridge was putted forward to provide scientific guidance for the bridge reinforcement.This paper uses the bridge static test and finite element simulation analysis to research the bridge deck pavement reinforcement method for the influence of load distribution on the hollow slab bridge.First of all,this paper describes the basic principle of bridge deck pavement reinforcement method and the main process simplified model.The simplified model was used to analyze the characteristics of the secondary stress in reinforced hollow slab.Then,an example of three span simply supported hollow slab bridge with bridge deck pavement layer were analyzed by using load test to detect hollow slab bridge deflection and strain.After that,a finite element simulation based on practical engineering data was done to future analyze the bridge deck pavement composite reinforcement effect on the load distribution on the hollow slab bridge.In addition,through changing the surfacing layer thicknesses in the finite element model,the influence of surfacing layer thicknesses was analyzed.Preliminary analysis results of the simplified model show that simple beam bridge deck pavement reinforcement method reinforces bridge by changing the internal force distribution of the structure,the combination of lower load design value S,in the design of use fixed number of year.Three span simply supported reinforced concrete hollow slab bridge static load test results show that the strengthening of the deck surfacing layer can significantly reduce the prestressed hollow slab bridge deflection under static load,reduce the effect from 31.2% to 50.0%.After strengthening the relative residual deformation is less than 7% of the hollow slab bridge,can be thought of the hollow slab after reinforcement basic does not exist in the static load test residual deformation.Finite element calculation results show that the finite element model considering the effects of bridge deck pavement structure layer than that without considering the effects of bridge deck pavement structure layer finite element model of deflection value reduced by 29.73%-29.73%,the longitudinal strain reduced by 4.73%-28.13%,across the bending moment value reduced by 27.90%-34.46%.With the increase of bridge deck pavement reinforcement layer thickness,the prestressed concrete hollow slab bridge girder cross section in each plate bending moment reduced gradually,but the bending moment value trends had no significant change in the cross.
