The seat belt is the most commonly used and most common passive safety protection system in modern automobile and aircraft transportation tools.The safety belt of the car is mainly composed of the reel and the buckles,while the multipoint aviation safety belt is made up of the components such as the inertia reel and the fast unload lock.The main purpose of this paper is to design and develop a new type of aviation safety belt,in order to break the monopoly form of the present foreign aviation safety belt,increase the new product type for the enterprise and bring new economic benefit growth point.The five point air safety belt,which is designed to be worn by the driver in this paper,draws on the working principle of the current car seat belt,and shortens the design and development cycle of the new seat belt through the mature technology of the existing car seat belts.In this paper,in the design and development of a new type of air safety belt,the inertia reel refers to the mature technology of the current automobile safety belt,and uses the inertia sensitive type.The key structure size of the mechanism is determined in the design and development,and the force of the key structure is simulated and calculated by the existing software.At the same time,the belt sensing performance of the inertia drum is modeled and calculated,and the calculation formula of the belt sensing performance is deduced.The correctness of the design is verified by the test.In the design process of the fast unload lock,a new design method is put forward,and the purpose of multi point release is achieved through the application of the spiral surface.At the same time,the structure and the order of the design are achieved.The working principle of the front locking button is completely different,and a new type of fast unloading lock is developed.In the process of design,the paper carries out the force simulation and theoretical calculation on the structure parts of the fast unload lock,and proves the correctness of the new fast unload design scheme through the test.The design of the new five point safety belt structure module has expanded the type of air safety belt,and provided a new choice for the air seat factory.It provides technical and theoretical support for the manufacturer to expand the market share and guide the design and development of the future product.
