The honeycomb sandwich structure,which is made from a variety of composite materials,has high specific strength and specific stiffness.By selecting appropriate panels and sandwich materials,honeycomb sandwich panels can give full play to their ability to withstand tensile,compression and bending loads.Besides,honeycomb sandwich panels also have good sound absorption and thermal insulation performance.In commonly used honeycomb sandwich panels,because the hexagonal honeycomb cavity is filled with sealed air,the total volume of the sandwich layer is smaller than that of the sandwich layer.The special structure makes honeycomb sandwich panels have good heat insulation and sound insulation.Because of these special properties,honeycomb sandwich panels are widely used in aviation,aerospace,automotive and shipping industries.The cell shape and overall size of honeycomb sandwich panels will affect their overall mechanical,sound insulation and thermal insulation properties.Therefore,it is necessary to explore different kinds of honeycomb sandwich panels.This paper focuses on the equivalent elastic drainage honeycomb sandwich circular core layer which is a special configuration of structure parameters,natural frequency,vibration and transmission loss are studied.First of all,to establish a theoretical model of circular drainage honeycomb sandwich layer,the circular cellular sandwich layer separately studied,each cell of the sandwich panels between contact and force characteristics,through reasonable hypothesis analysis,get the equivalent model of sandwich structure,mechanics analysis and equivalent model,calculation mechanical parameters of the equivalent model,and through the finite element analysis software ANSYS modeling,simulation,and equivalent model of elastic mechanical parameters of the theoretical results were analyzed to verify the validity of the equivalent innovative research methods.Secondly,using Reissner sandwich plate theory,the boundary conditions are set for simplysupported control,establish the theoretical model of the vibration of the structure,and using Matlab numerical analysis software calculation of natural frequency of circular honeycomb sandwich plate,the calculation of the honeycomb sandwich structure of the first ten order natural frequency value theory.At the same time,the useof CATIA three-dimensional modeling software,established with the dimensions of the honeycomb sandwich plate geometry model,import ANSA software for processing,and then import the ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the vibration modes of the structure simulation,through theoretical calculation and simulation results verified the rationality of the theory of vibration model.The influence of the structure parameters of the circular honeycomb sandwich plate on the natural frequency of the sandwich plate is emphatically discussed.In addition,analysis of the drainage layer of core circular honeycomb sandwich structure of transmission loss.Using acoustic foundation and sound wave propagation law,the calculation of the incident and acoustic pressure power of the structure of a thinning circular honeycomb sandwich sandwich plate structure is carried out.In the vertical incident wave conditions,established the theoretical model of the transmission loss of the honeycomb sandwich plate structures.Based on the above theoretical model,Matlab programming calculation of the drainage layer of core circular honeycomb sandwich plate sound transmission loss,and then get the transmission loss curve of the honeycomb structure material,size of structure parameters,after a given,then studied the influence of honeycomb sandwich panel thickness,layer height,round cell radius and the wall thickness of the sandwich plate on the overall cellular transmission loss.The use of COMSOL in the acoustic solid coupling analysis module,calculation of the relevant literature in the hexagonal honeycomb sandwich plate for modeling and simulation are in good agreement with the results calculated in this paper,continuing drainage of circular honeycomb sandwich structure modeling and simulation.In the end,the experimental specimen of a circular honeycomb sandwich sandwich plate was made,and the experiment of sound insulation performance was carried out by the impedance tube method.Methods of test by COMSOL multiphysics coupling simulation and impedance tube,obtained in different incident wave frequency under the configuration of honeycomb sandwich structure transmission loss.
