The Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM)has the advantages of rapid response,high positioning accuracy,high speed and acceleration,high thrust strength,and low loss,making it widely used in precision industrial manufacturing,CNC machine tools,Medical equipment,aerospace equipment,automatic plotters and other high-tech applications.However,PMLSM is also a very complicated system with characteristics of nonlinearity,strong coupling and time variation.Because of its own special structure,it is difficult to control the disturbance factors such as the non-uniformity of the permanent magnets,the mass of the mover,the disturbance of the load,and the change of the environment during the operation.Secondly,the transmission method of the linear motor has no intermediate links and belongs to the zero transmission method(the traditional transmission method is "rotary motor + ball screw").It cannot absorb or buffer these disturbances,and the control difficulty is increased.The traditional PID control is widely used in general industrial control and motor control systems because of its simple structure and convenient use.However,for areas requiring precise control and precision manufacturing of linear motors,such as precise industrial manufacturing,the parameters Kp,Ki,and Kd of the PID controller cannot be changed with the disturbance of the system,and it is difficult to ensure that the system can be accurately controlled.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes a fuzzy-PID control strategy based on intelligent fusion.Firstly,based on the theory of linear motor,this paper introduces the structure and working principle of linear motor,and establishes the mathematical model of PMLSM of d-q axis.Secondly,the main hardware circuit of the control system and the realization of the space vector control method(SVPWM)are designed from the power module and the control module.Again,according to the basic theory of fuzzy control,the fuzzy-PID controller of the control system is designed.Finally,the simulation model of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor control system based on fuzzy-PID is established,and the simulation curve of the control system is obtained and analyzed.By comparing with the control effect of PID,the superiority of fuzzy-PID control strategy is verified.The simulation results show that the fuzzy-PID control strategy can improve the control accuracy and dynamic and static performance of PMLSM,and its control systemhas good robustness and dynamic response performance.
