With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard,high-speed rail is developing towards high density and high speed.Meanwhile,passengers are more and more demanding for the ride comfort of vehicles.The seat in the riding environment,affecting the comfort of passengers,is an important part of the man-machine environment system.It is of great significance to design a passenger seat which meets the requirements of ergonomics and how to improve the riding comfort of the passenger train.The safety of the seat is mainly guaranteed by the strength of the structure,requiring the seat to meet the UIC566 "the load of the passenger car body and its components" and the DIN EN 12663 "requirements for the car body structure of the railway vehicle".Through the finite element analysis software ABAQUS calculation,find the weak points,by not replacing the material under the condition of increasing thickness or width,optimization design,finally meet the requirements of standard strength,to ensure the safety of products,and provide a reference for the design of new product development.In order to reduce the amount of calculation,the model ignores the smaller fillet,chamfer and other details,handle,handrail,length of connecting plate,intermediate support,rollover,tea table skeleton,pin by dividing the linear solid element,linear shell element S4 R is used to divide the remaining components.The seat size is checked according to the comfort range of the seat static geometry,including the height of the armrest,the width of the backrest,the inclination of the backrest,the inclination of the cushion,the width of the seat,the depth of the seat,the height of the back seat,and the height of the seat.From the sitting height,seat cushion depth,several key angle,the inclination angle of the backrest and the headrest static geometric dimensions of each evaluation,to analyze the project three seat main scale is in the comfort range,through professional software engineering RAMSIS,selection of male and female human model fifth,fiftieth and ninety-fifth per cent respectively the calculation results,through the evaluation criteria for the comfort of the seat to do the whole evaluation and concluded: male and female human body model the comfort index and spine health index values are in the acceptable range.The angles of human joints obtained from RAMSIS are in the comfort angle range from the angle of RAMSIS,and the three seat seats meet the comfort requirement as a whole.The first seat products are tested for type test,including static strength test,static strength test,and test whether the strength of seat back,cushion,handrails,pedals,small table boards and clothes hooks meet the standard requirements.The test is based on the TB/T3263-2011 "EMU passenger seat",the load and technical specification of UIC566-1990 car body and its components,and the relevant provisions of "EH-934-0333-2 00 passenger rotatable seats".Durability test to test whether the durability of seat backrest,seat cushion,rotary mechanism,folding table,sitting posture adjustment system and rear foot pedal meet the standard requirements.The test is carried out according to the requirements of section 5.4.3 of TB/T3263-2011 "passenger seat of EMU".The vibration and impact test is based on the GBT 21563-2008 "the impact and vibration test of the rail vehicle equipment," which is equivalent to the IEC61373.The test objectives,basis,test conditions,test steps and conditions of test pass are listed in detail.The three tests are all carried out,and the strength of seat structure meets the standard requirements.The method of finite element analysis and man-machine engineering calculation can greatly shorten the product development cycle,so as to avoid a large number of modifications in the design scheme after the finalization of the design.
